Experience in action.
Keith Horne is the president of EBI. He has developed the leadership, technical know how, and practical experience to ensure delivery of a solid plan that will protect you, your company and your people.
The keys, he says, are having a vision, working at it, and paying attention to detail.
Keith learned protection skills of many types in the 20 years he served with the United States Air Force. He was part of their Special Operations Command, was assigned to Special Duties, and was a combat veteran. “In those venues, I learned contingency planning to prevent great loss – where continuity meant survival – life and death issues. For businesses, contingency planning can also mean survival. Typically it is more likely the overall health of the company after a disaster strikes that takes good contingency planning.”
From that demanding military experience and beginning with a robust business in corporate data protection, EBI is now expanding into more complex business organization activities. From his background in military security, Keith is well-suited to examine business continuity planning. He starts with reviewing your current plan to determine what is needed. If you do not have one, he will help you create one.
Far too many plans are incomplete because consultants are trained only in narrow analysis. Here, missing something simple can be devastating. How long has it been since you reviewed your contingency or continuity planning?
When my friends were chasing a good time, I was already chasing my dreams. I owned my own successful small business at the age of 22.
